Monthly Lecture Series for Parents and Teachers

We would like to extend an invitation for you to attend one or all of our upcoming Lectures.

Once a month, our team of psychologists and counselors will meet with parents and teachers to present on a specific topic. These topics are related to parenting issues, child development, and childhood concerns prevalent in our schools, society and community today.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask specific questions and participate in group discussion.

Lectures will take place at our Hollywood Center located at 450 N. Park Road, Suite 400. Each lecture begins promptly at 6:30 and will conclude at approximately 7:30.

Light refreshments will be served.


School-Based Lectures and Presentations for Teachers and Faculty

Our Clinical team will present on any of the available topics at your upcoming parent/teacher meeting, faculty meeting or during a scheduled teacher planning day.

Customized presentations are also available should there be a particular subject or topic of interest which you prefer.

Workshops and Presentations

 

Our staff is available to present for workshops and presentations for parent groups, schools, therapy agencies, community organizations and private facilities. Our presentations are appropriate for in-service trainings for teachers, medical staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, mental health counsellors, and other professionals. Our workshops are both didactic and interactive, and they can be experiential in nature. We tailor our presentations to the specific needs of the audience. Minimum time requirement for any presentation is 90 minutes.
